<h3>Labour Gain from Plaid Cymru</h3> <p>Torfaen Constituency Labour Party congratulates Labour candidate John Harris on his impressive victory in the Griffithstown East Community Council by-election. John polled 130 votes, with the Independent candidate Fred Wildgust in second place on 69.
